A constantly-varied, results-based high-intensity mix of barbell, bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, gymnastics and plyometric movements designed to challenge the body’s energy systems, and develop cardiovascular and muscular endurance. CrossFit is the perfect class for all athletes -- competitive and "everyday" -- especially those who like a hard-hitting, intense and skills-based training session.

Strength & Conditioning From $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

Strength & Conditioning will help the competitive and “every day” athlete improve strength, power, explosiveness, speed, agility, and flexibility; increase work capacity; improve body composition; challenge energy system development; drive muscular endurance; and optimize health and wellness. This class is perfect for anyone ready to work hard, focus on technique, commit to two, three or four classes per week, and get results.

Bootcamp From $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

A challenging and fun mix of bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, and plyometric movements, plus indoor rowing and a variety of surprise elements. This class is scaled to athlete skill and experience level. Come prepared to work and have fun.

Rowing Boot Camp From $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

Challenge yourself with plenty of time on and off the Concept2 Indoor Rower during this one-hour class coached by Concept2 certified trainers. The class features the best of our Fitness Boot Camp, with an emphasis on rowing technique & efficiency.

CrossFit Women From $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

The same adrenaline, power and intensity of our CrossFit class, but coached by a female performance coach and open to women only.

Mobility & Recovery From $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

A mix of core stability progression, dynamic stretching, and more to support recovery and prevent injury.

Join us on Wednesday at 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. OR Saturday at 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. to experience training at EAD | CFAH. If you have previous CrossFit or barbell-related experience, or are transferring from another CrossFit affiliate, you are eligible to join us for any class on our schedule.

Open Gym (EAD | CFAH Athletes Only) $15 per classFrom $13 per visit with 20 Classes passPurchase required to enroll

An opportunity for current EAD | CFAH athletes to catch up on a missed Strength & Conditioning workout, practice skills, or work mobility. This is a non-coached class hour.

Youth Athletic Development $15 per classFrom $13 per visit with 20 Classes passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Youth Athletic Development is offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. for middle school & high school students, and older primary school students with EAD | CFAH Performance Coach approval, and Saturday at 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. for primary school students. The class is ideal for students looking to improve sports performance or increase fitness. Please register your athlete 24 hours prior to the post class start time.

Computrainer Ride From $25 per visit with CompuTrainer Ride Card passPurchase required to enroll

Billed as “the most interesting indoor bike experience yet created”, CompuTrainer rides will increase your cycling power by 20 percent to 30 percent, and your speed by two to four mph. USA Triathlon and USA Cycling test and train their team athletes with CompuTrainer.

Training Essentials is the starting point for all athletes new to EAD | CFAH. This two week / six class session is a combination of skills & technique development, discussion topics & application, and practice, practice, and more practice. Training Essentials will prepare you to enter EAD | CFAH classes with the knowledge, experience and confidence to safely and effectively work towards your health & fitness goals.


Performance Fueling Perscription | Small Group From $35 per visit with Performance Fueling Perscription | Small Group (ongoing) passNo purchase required to enroll

The EAD | CFAH Performance Fueling Prescription was developed to help our athletes create an eating plan unique to their performance and body composition goals, and based on the optimum mix of protein, fats & carbohydrates, or “macros,” to help them achieve those goals. The Nutrition Small Group includes access to PFP program tools & resources, weekly meetings (3-5 athletes per group), weekly meal planning adjustments, and direct access to a nutrition specialist by email, text or phone. The Nutrition Small Group | Performance Fueling Prescription is $35 / week with a two-month initial commitment.
